OVERVIEW
I have been working in broad areas of molecular biology, including signal transduction, gene regulation and epigenetic mechanisms, with specific expertise and interests in studying disease-related sex differences using genetic mouse models. Over the years, I have established fruitful collaborations with colleagues who are experts in diverse molecular biology projects. Building on these interests, experiences, and resources, I have expanded my research portfolio and will, in the current project, investigate signal transduction related to Disorders in Sex Development, especially in the development of the male reproductive tract. I have the necessary experience, knowledge, and expertise to direct the work to study the complex etiology and mechanisms of diseases.
