OVERVIEW
Dr. Donny Kusuma Hardjani, S.Pt.,M.Si. is a lecturer at SITH ITB with expertise in biotechnology, food and feed processing, especially the use of marine resources. His final research highlighted the nutritional profile of the red seaweed Kappaphycus alvarezii fermented with Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a feed supplement for white shrimp. This fermentation approach aims to improve the quality of seaweed nutrients as feedstock, supporting the growth and health of shrimp. His expertise contributed to the innovation of marine resource-based food and feed for a more sustainable water culture industry.
