OVERVIEW
Dr. Magdalena Lenny Situmorang, S.Si., M.Sc. is a researcher and lecturer of the Microbial Biotechnology expertise group who focuses on various aspects of whiteleg prawn (Litopenaeus vannamei) as well as seaweed, both important commodities for human uses. Over the years, she has conducted research on these aquaculture organisms on varying levels, from their metabolite profiling to the development and application of sustainable recirculating aquaculture system to be integrated in Indonesian aquaculture.
