RINGKASAN
Intan Taufik, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D. is a lecturer and researcher at the Microbiology Study Program, School of Life Sciences and Technology (SITH), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). His expertise spans microbial biotechnology, microbial physiology, enzyme production, and coffee fermentation. He actively leads research on the application of microbes for sustainable agriculture, food processing, and molecular biology reagent production. Intan is also involved in curriculum development and academic leadership, having served as Head of the Microbiology Study Program. His work integrates scientific research, community service, and industrial collaboration-particularly with the coffee and palm oil sectors. He frequently mentors students in research-based learning and scientific writing, and is passionate about expanding Indonesia’s capacity in microbial-based technologies through education, innovation, and interdisciplinary partnerships.
