Gall rust Sengon and endophytic fungi and The growth curve of endophytic fungi from gall rust F. moluccana

Endophytic fungal culture extracted from gall rust of sengon (Falcataria moluccana Miq. Barneby and J. W. Grimes) has the ability on inhibiting Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli. In this research, Dr. Alfi Rumidatul and colleagues reported the method to increase the production of bioactive compounds of endophytic fungi isolated from gall rust sengon plants, suggesting the potential of antioxidant and antibacterial activity of this secondary metabolite.
